The Microvascular Reconstruction Fellowship is an in-depth and comprehensive experience with pre-operative, treatment planning, operative experience and post operative care of patients with congenital and acquired defects. This amounts to approximately 3 to 5 calls days per month. This program is separate from facial plastic, plastic and reconstructive, and other related fellowship programs, with different patient populations, faculty mentorships, and clinical/surgical experiences.
